Level 2 (Ages 11-13)*
Training at this level expands both technically and artistically as students progress toward more advanced work. Pointe becomes an essential part of the curriculum, supported by continued study in ballet, character, variations, and conditioning, along with the introduction of modern dance. Classes meet four times per week, each 1 hour and 15 minutes, allowing focused development of strength, precision, and control. Two SOL1 Fitness cross-training classes per month support endurance and alignment. Participation in school performances is included, giving students meaningful stage experience and confidence as growing dancers.

This level marks the beginning of the Academy Division and meets three to four times per week. Each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes, allowing time for deeper technical and artistic development. Students take ballet, pre-pointe, character dance, repertoire, and conditioning, building strength, coordination, and musical awareness. The program also includes two SOL1 Fitness cross-training classes per month to support endurance and balanced body alignment. Performing is an important part of training at this level, and participation in school performances is included to help students grow as confident, expressive dancers.
