This 1-hour class meets twice a week and serves as a bridge between the Preparatory and Academy Divisions. It begins to incorporate more focused physical training while introducing additional ballet terminology and technique. Students continue to refine coordination, rhythm, and musicality as they develop strength, balance, and correct body alignment, preparing them for the demands of the Academy Division.
