Swan Lake Week

Junior Ballet Series | Ages 7–12

Step into the world of Swan Lake, one of the most iconic and technically refined ballets in the classical repertoire. Throughout the week, dancers will explore the elegance, musicality, and discipline that define this timeless production. Inspired by the corps de ballet of the swans and select variations adapted for young dancers, students will focus on precision of arms, coordination, and expressive port de bras.

This week emphasizes control, alignment, and artistry, helping dancers refine their upper body strength and develop the fluidity required for classical repertoire.

The week concludes with an in-studio showcase highlighting the repertoire and artistry developed throughout the week.

Daily Training Includes:

• Classical Technique Class
• Swan Lake Repertoire
• Conditioning
• Pre-Pointe Strengthening
• Stretch & Flexibility Training
• Artistic Lab

Dancers will learn excerpts inspired by the second act (swans), explore storytelling through movement, and experience what it feels like to rehearse classical repertoire with focus and intention.

The Artistic Lab rotates daily and includes hair and makeup workshops, ballet history, performance etiquette, viewing professional excerpts, and more.
