Sleeping Beauty Week

Junior Ballet Series | Ages 7–12

Enter the refined and elegant world of Sleeping Beauty, one of the most technically demanding ballets in the classical repertoire. Throughout the week, dancers will explore the clarity, balance, and musical precision that define this timeless production. Inspired by classical variations adapted for young dancers, students will focus on placement, control, épaulement, and the refined details that shape strong classical technique.

This week emphasizes stability, coordination, and polished execution, helping dancers strengthen their foundation and develop confidence in their classical vocabulary.

The week concludes with an in-studio showcase highlighting the repertoire and artistry developed throughout the week.

Daily Training Includes:

• Classical Technique Class
• Sleeping Beauty Repertoire
• Conditioning
• Pre-Pointe Strengthening
